Horrible feedback and communication.
For a medical aid claiming to be for professionals, they have very unprofessional ways to treat their members. I have trouble on the app, and if I can't register, they won't pay. I have sent an email to the email provided on the app on 21 January 2026 and never got a response. This seems to be a trending problem with Profmed. Nothing gets done unless you phone and fight and threat. What a pathetic excuse of a medical aid for "professionals"

You don't mention how clients need to follow up constantly with you. If I didn't phone multiple times, hold on for 50minutes (in total) and threat and fight, o would not have the auth.
You can't act like you have a smooth running medical aid when it is not so.
Your apology is dismissive and really insulting. You only try to inform the public that I have indeed my auth (which I had to fight for) and no one is truly sorry. You only got in touch with me because I was spamming every single comment on every single social media platform.
