No customer Service

I will never again do business with Progress Lighting Bellville. As soon as they receive your payment, then you have to struggle for feedback. I dealt with Vernon, he never phones or emails back. The product was not up to standard, I then phoned to complain. He never responded back. This is really pathetic, no customer service.
