Money wasted on benefits you cant use

Id like to start by saying that i have been a Marriott member for over a decade and joined prokard for a few years on and off. As it stands, this membership is actually worthless and holds no value add. To all consumers, dont waste your money on this product.

My reasoning is for the sole reason, that they offer you vouchers to make use of during the year, but sadly, you can never get a booking using their online platform. It doesnt show and potential available dates for an establishment. What they dont tell you, is that there is a very limited allocation given to hotels to honor these and once snatched up by anyone else, others dont get the opportunity to make use of their vouchers and it becomes futile trying multiple dates to no avail. Im at the stage where its a waste of money spent with no real use.

I had even emailed them to get answers and help and its been about 2 weeks, with not a single call or acknowledgment of my email.

In short, dont waste your money for something you cant use.
