Refusal to refund for unused services

I am very disappointed with prokard service. I signed up with the company, but I never used their services. Despite this, they have refused to refund my money, even after multiple attempts to resolve the matter.

I believe this is unfair, as I did not receive any value for the payment I made. Prokard’s refusal to refund me demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of accountability.

I am sharing my experience to caution others and hope this encourages the company to improve its practices
