Worst customer service experience I've had to date with Renew It/Proline Autobody branches (sadly not the first time either so it warrants the complaint)... 1. Poor customer service in managing expectations and/or keeping to their own timelines or communication processes 2. Never available to attend to calls or queries after customers are forced to follow up on the status or progress 3. Never seems to be an escalation or another person to help...
Vehicle repair quality was poor. Upon return seems like they can't fix their own problems and then further inconvenienced me by telling me to wait 5 days for my vehicle to be attended to by a 3rd party due to their finance agreements with 3rd parties. This afternoon spending 2jours waiting at the branch for a 15minute fix then waiting another 6 hours to hear nothing was done in.my absence/after leaving the car there.
