Mhlonipheni "Hloni" Lefeli Hloni was super friendly, resourceful and maintained constant communication and follow ups as promised. Definately managed my expectations and proceeded to help with a follow up queriy/request and advised in next steps external to Vodacom. She's awesome
Worst customer service experience I've had to date with Renew It/Proline Autobody branches (sadly not the first time either so it warrants the complaint)... 1. Poor customer service in managing expectations and/or keeping to their own timelines or communication processes 2. Never available to attend to calls or queries after customers are forced to follow up on the status or progress 3. Never seems to be an escalation or another person to help... Vehicle repair quality was poor. Upon return seems like they can't fix their own problems and then further inconvenienced me by telling me to wait 5 days for my vehicle to be attended to by a 3rd party due to their finance agreements with 3rd parties. This afternoon spending 2jours waiting at the branch for a 15minute fix then waiting another 6 hours to hear nothing was done in.my absence/after leaving the car there.
Angelica has been great. Managed my expectations, progressed my claim to the next steps and updated the information as soon as received ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½

Romams Pizza Beacon Isle No regard for customers. Staff talking to each other (dispute or disagreement) and just blantantly ignored the 3 customers infront of them. Just no regard for customer service or common respect for the persons infront of them and sadly not the first time I've experienced this at this very branch. If this is the standard then close the branch

Fidelity ADT - Johannesburg ( Roodepoort area) What constitutes an emergency/urgent matter to attend to for a paid service for security??? Alarm activation with no signal or response at their offices, panic button test and alarm not coming up... Response team delayed by an hour or two after this has been brought to their attention on previous occasions. They want to add a monthly additional charge for every 3rd + false alarm yet its their system or signal at fault on their end... Tried being proactive: Called the technical department to assist with testing the alarm and all they recite is process "by the book" . They can't advise on what to do until they get a technician out 5 days from today-in the meanwhile my property and family is at risk and there is no form or guarantee of services, accountability or taking responsibility when God forbid burgalry or something else happens in these escalated crime times... Mind you this affects personal security, insurance risk profiles and coverings, etc. More cost for 1 party not delivering their "guaranteed service" Oh and no managers available to assist in escalation and/or the escalation depart is unavailable and will get back to me by tomorrow soon after when they get the email floating somewhere in cyberspace to their mailboxes. Customer service??? When business is sought they guarantee maintenance, quick response and service when you are need it. When called upon-it's 20minutes calls with no assistance /solution aside from reciting the training manual or script in front of them for process...
