Worst experience ever with Proline Autobody. Would not recommend if you value efficiency and bare minimum communication. I brought in my car on the 8th of Jan for a simple dent on my car. I have not been getting updates over email, telephone or sms. My service provider is Charlene and she was absolutely difficult to reach. Anytime I tried to reach her she was either at lunch or on site . She would only call back after I had hounded Proline with calls. I literally had to beg to get an update on my car. Super rude as well cause she accused me of not being reachable after they recorded my number incorrectly after asking them to correct it a million times. Charlene told me last week that I should get my car last week Thursday or Friday. Those days passed and I followed up ( they didn’t even tell me there was delay) and then she said Monday. I called insurance to escalate and they said that Charlene said that the car would be ready on Tuesday this week. This has been absolutely frustrated because I’ve been given inconsistent days. I don’t know what the hell is going on. I feel like the days will keep on being moved. I am absolutely disgusted cause I had to waste my money on Ubers. I wish management sees this so that they can fix their attitude and communication. Totally unacceptable.
