I had a bumpy start with my car regarding communication with one of the service providers but when Cliff Naidoo got involved my needs and all my queries were tended to. I received my car on Tuesday delivered by Cliff Naidoo in amazing condition. It looked brand new. Thank you to Cliff Naidoo and staff for their service.
Worst experience ever with Proline Autobody. Would not recommend if you value efficiency and bare minimum communication. I brought in my car on the 8th of Jan for a simple dent on my car. I have not been getting updates over email, telephone or sms. My service provider is Charlene and she was absolutely difficult to reach. Anytime I tried to reach her she was either at lunch or on site . She would only call back after I had hounded Proline with calls. I literally had to beg to get an update on my car. Super rude as well cause she accused me of not being reachable after they recorded my number incorrectly after asking them to correct it a million times. Charlene told me last week that I should get my car last week Thursday or Friday. Those days passed and I followed up ( they didn’t even tell me there was delay) and then she said Monday. I called insurance to escalate and they said that Charlene said that the car would be ready on Tuesday this week. This has been absolutely frustrated because I’ve been given inconsistent days. I don’t know what the hell is going on. I feel like the days will keep on being moved. I am absolutely disgusted cause I had to waste my money on Ubers. I wish management sees this so that they can fix their attitude and communication. Totally unacceptable.
I had a horrible experience at Netcare Waterfall. I arrived at admissions at 9am and only got told to go to the emergency room at around 10. After 10 it took a while to get a nurse or a doctor to pay attention to me. I was only told that I was going to be admitted at around 2pm. I only saw a doctor at 20:30pm who told me nothing. After that I was isolated and never told why. They put a drip on me earlier on but they never put it back when I was isolated. I asked the nurses what was going on and was either dismissed, responded to as if I’m dumb or was given a condensing tone. When I asked what was going on the nurse told me to write down my questions on a piece of paper because I’ll forget. I decided to discharge myself because of the lack of communication. Before that a neurologist saw me but after that nobody could tell me when I could see my doctor. Please- if you have any sort of emergency do not go to netcare waterfall
