Poor quality paving paint and worse customer servis

Promac worse company with customer services , after i bought 5 20L of paving paint that peels after a week. David Molver send me this feedback imagine all 5k down to drain such a disrespect telling me about gesture after i spend my hard earned cash,

HI Bukelwa, I am not sure why they advised you to use this product as it is not a bonding liquid. However, given the fact that incorrect advice was given to you in store we are willing to offer you 2x20L of Ultra Pave as a good will gesture so that you can fix the areas where you have experienced problems. Can you please advise which colours you would like us to supply you with, one of charcoal and one of terracotta or which colours? Please also make sure that you apply Fired Earth bonding liquid to any areas where peeling has occurred before applying a new coat of Fired Earth Ultra Pave. Kind Regards.
