I bought tiles from tile for all on the 24th Nov 2023, the tiler installed tiles the normal way they usually install tiles after installation he put grout into tiles after he wash tiles with sponge the following day tiles were white i woke up and clean them again in my thought i was thinking that is all due to grout not cleaned properly after i mop tiles becomes clean when still wet after drying they became white again then I called the shop I explained the situation store manager came and view the situation then send someone to come and clean the area , the guy cleaned the area the whole day when the floor dry's the tiles white sport came back again, then the matter was escalated to the supplier SINOTILE then Michael De Wit Sales manager from SINOTILE came to my home to check the situation, I was so disappointed and felt so disrespected by him when he tells me that me and my helper we must scrub the tiles, honestly the only reason i spend 25k to install tiles was to make my life easy but only to find myself being told by tile supplier that i must scrub the tiles , the problem their tiles are not stain resistant any spillage to tiles just create a stain , I feel the supplier does not want to take any accountability for their product that is just a ******* to customers.

However, given the fact that incorrect advice was given to you in store we are willing to offer you 2x20L of Ultra Pave as a good will gesture so that you can fix the areas where you have experienced problems. Can you please advise which colours you would like us to supply you with, one of charcoal and one of terracotta or which colours? Please also make sure that you apply Fired Earth bonding liquid to any areas where peeling has occurred before applying a new coat of Fired Earth Ultra Pave. Kind Regards. Builders warehouse is selling this fire and earth paving paint that is produced by promac and paint is just nonsense bad quality is peeling after a week i have painted and David Molver is hiding behind preparations and when we bought paint we also bought bonding liquid honestly i don't know why builders warehouse still selling this paint and when i read reviews most people had same issue with this paving paint and worse part promac have bad customers services they don't even respond to all claims from Hello peter from customers and it says a lot about company that dont respond to people claims.

Renew-it Sandton is just a joke serious after keeping my car a month just for a small accident Friday they called me saying car is ready for collection couldn't go Saturday then i promise to fetch it Monday 29th January which i did only to get my car with poor workmanship bumper not align , paint chipped and lights not align when arriving car was not even done i had to wait for an hour to get my car it came wet seems like they were just busy washing it after showing them poor work they told me car did not go to quality check someone bypass quality check really what a stupid excuse i will real like to take legal action against this company for taking client for a ride my car is under warranty less than 40km .reg no FH 53 GN GLA 200 Mercedes benz . after i paid access i had to leave my car again because of their poor work. service client promise to deliver my car to place 4pm yesterday but no car delivery no feedback of when will i have my car back . anyone who can assist or tell me what to do or were to go this people are so unprofessional its just a joke they don't have customer service at all i'm very keen to take legal actions against them at least to have little respect towards client .
I have booked in my car for repairer 21st December till today i still don't have my car its a month now my car been there whats frustrating when you call the call center no one can assist they taking you from pillar to post just for car status its almost 2 weeks now I've heard story that my car is in quality checks what they checking for 2 weeks i really don,t know i'm concerned now actually happened to my car vehicle registration no FH 53 JN GP Mercedes benz GLA 200 kings regards
