Promoworld is nothing but **** shop, I bought 12l cooler box online, they delivered 32l, order no #827754, I returned it and on the 25 January 2024 they promised to refund me, ever since waiting for my refund until this date, I used to call them daily fighting for my refund until I get tired, I have spent more than R200 of airtime calling them, the lady I was dealing with is Rebecca Mngomezulu, be careful of this shop South Africa, u will cry
