Complete incompetence and appalling service

I am appalled at the the gross, negligence, unprofessional service and incompetence displayed by Promto Property. This is not the first time experiencing problems with them either and we have been more than patient with them, and we feel this is undue and unjust to us. We have had enough of Promto Property and the way they treat their Clients. We are yet to receive feedback in regards to financial matters and questions we have sent on numerous occasions along with proof of payments, even after raising this matter directly with them, they are ignoring us entirely. They even went a step further to unlawfully hand us over, without informing us, answering our questions, are still not replying and not assisting in getting this matter resolved, causing additional legal cost occurring that they claim we need to pay which is unjust. No communication was even sent out stating that we are to be handed over even after the proof of payment was resent, once again being ignored, how are we suppose to resolve anything amicably in this manner without evening knowing why this is happening or without any warning. This is entirely unacceptable and we do not recommend them as managing agents of any estates.
