Bad experience with Proper team property Group

Worst experience ever. Stay away from this company. Signed a placement and management contract with them. First couple of months rent was paid after numerous reminders but the third months’ wasn’t. So they requested the tenant pays directly into my account. I am still owed the deposit and the third month’s rent. They have failed to follow up or pay any of the outstanding amounts since March 2019. I’m extremely disappointed at how they’ve treated me as a client. Wouldn’t advise anyone to sign a contract with them
