Was happy in the beginning but when it was time to leave I had to get my Legal Aid involved due to VANESSA & ABRIE questioning me as to why I want my Statement but ABRIE REPLYING, "do us all a favour than to pay your your areas." I'm well aware what was owing but come on we all don't need to be threaten and when you are ensured the place rented is 100% cleaned with helpers involved on Sunday01 Nov 2020 that you work your butt to ensure, cleaned 100% for the rented place to have the full deposit but receiving a Pro Invoice from PROPERLET of renovations R2 300, really guys, in times of COVID you think you can just allow to be treated in this manner, all proof of default's reported to them and noted. Be careful how people can take your rights and think they can email and talk to you in a ton you are ****!!!. Very disgusting, actually belittling a person and thinking they did a favour for me when my spouse lost his job and myself receiving a cut salary, part payment's where made and agreed with both parties of outstanding's. We all know when moving into a place , nails in the wall does not cost R2300, come on who are we fooling??I am mother of two and how the COVID has hit us rock bottom I have nothing to hide. Allocations of payments, refunds are not even reconciled accordingly, how can you debit from you DEPOIST and then credit, so this does even show refunded? Promises where made from PROPERLET of forwarding STATEMENTS ect , its not for a tenant to request to follow up of account. VANESSA how you think you can treat a person that RENTED from other agencies for years and not only from PROPERLET, to make a statement of when keys handed over already on the 3 Nov 2020: REPLY BACK "Please Note Abrie Is Currently Busy Finalizing A Lot Of Tenant’s Rental Deposits And It Does Take Time.This Process ( Which Include Final Inspections, Quote For Damages, Repairing, The Transferring Of Deposits, The Administrative Part, etc ) Starts Around The 10th Of Each Month And Usually All Is Finalised Around The 20th Of A Month If There Is No Unforeseen Problems As The Contractor Has To Repair And Finish The Job. All These Processes Must Be Kept In Mind Please. Please Be Patient And Wait Your Turn. You Are On The List And We Will Make Contact With You Regarding The Current Arrears Still Owed If Any Remains After The Complete Finalization Of Your Rental Account.
Unforeseen Problems As The Contractor Has To Repair And Finish The Job - was for sure R2300 you stole from my family. Please future tenants BEWARE, Moved out # November and only today 15 December 202 Statement and PRO INVOICE OF RENOVATIONS/Cleaning , what LOODECRIS.. How they treat people who are honest and are treated in this manner...
