We would like to clarify that your gate access was temporarily limited after numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach you regarding the installation of a new electricity meter, as the current one was not functioning. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you, which raised serious concerns about the status of the property and whether it may have been abandoned. As a result, we had to take precautionary steps in line with our duty of care for the property.
We regret that this caused you to miss your flight and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding maintenance, and we're committed to improving in this area.
