Beautiful service received from Retabile from Foschini Liberty Promenade mall in Mitchels plain, she is the main reason I ended not closing my foschini account. I went to the store very upset with the terrible service I was getting from your cellphone claims department, that moment I was done with TFG as a whole. I met this friendly lady, after sending through my documents she took down my contact number and ensured me she will do follow ups until the claim is completed, she kept her word and gave me a call after the claim was done. Thank you Retabile for restoring my faith with Foschini, your exceptional service is what we need each day we visit a store. Keep it up

Your maintenance guy Douw sent me a text about the meter reading installation and I clearly told him that I will be available fully in the flat after the 17th as I travel a lot due to work. Your contractor called me & I told them I'm not home during the day. Dont come here and tell lies. Your company doesn't give a damn about this complex. Have you seen how many potholes are n the drive way, ohhh, I forgot, your maintenance department still needs training and scope of what it means to be in maintenance. Don't come here and tell lies. Ohh child, the Cape Town branch will humble you, if there was a 0 start I would give it. I missed a flight to a workshop because they decided to revoke my gate access just because I was hardly home, bare in mind that rent is up to date. Can't wait to go somewhere peaceful. Don't bother reporting maintenance issues because they don't care. Yhoooo worst experience ever
Terrible service received at your Kuilsriver branch, good customer service is a good thing for any business and as a first time customer I received the worst. Went to purchase 4 new tires. The front desk does not acknowledge customers when they walk in, no wonder 1 of them said he did not see me in the waiting area. When you both have to leave the front desk, the right thing to do would be notifying the customer still waiting to be assisted. Will spend my money where I'm treated with respect

Makro Ottery, why am I forced to get a loyalty card in order for me to b able to purchase from your store. Was at the store on the 17/01/2024 and I was not allowed to purchase anything as it's a store policy that a customer must open a Makro card in order to be able to buy. You can't for people to take you card if they don't want it. I left the store without the items I intended to buy. I'm so disappointed in the way you are treating customers

Have always been a happy Miway client, had a car accident in December and car was written off, bought a new car and wanted to insure the car with you but the premium was over more than double to what I paid before. I understand that premium increases when you have an accident but not was not expecting to pay almost 3x. As sad as it was I had to look somewhere else
