One cannot get hold of the ppra. The provided contact number is for a call centre, which can only provide general advice and cannot handle individual queries.
As per the call centre, a submitted ticket can take up to 30 working days (a month and a half). Who can wait this long? Most of the time, people call the ppra to resolve a situation that cannot wait 30 working days.
I need to resolve an issue before I can pay the ppra. Reference Number: 2106703
