One cannot get hold of the ppra. The provided contact number is for a call centre, which can only provide general advice and cannot handle individual queries. As per the call centre, a submitted ticket can take up to 30 working days (a month and a half). Who can wait this long? Most of the time, people call the ppra to resolve a situation that cannot wait 30 working days. I need to resolve an issue before I can pay the ppra. Reference Number: 2106703
I placed an order online and 9 days later, Nothing. Nothing meaning no communication, no emails, no calls. I had to initiate communication by finding working numbers on the internet (not their website). I found a director, made contact and so far nothing. Do NOT waste your time with this company.

Been trying to close an account, move debit orders, close a loan account and change an account for 2 weeks due to my account details being used for fraudulent activity. Day 4 without Fibre. Pillar to Post blame here blame there. Every call agent provides different idea of situation. Every situation needs to be escalated and nothing ever happens with escalations. All I need is someone that can do stuff without escalation. Someone technical that has authority to do everything. Tickets gets closed without being resolved.
