No Customer service for paying tenants

Despite multiple attempts to contact her via email, she has consistently failed to respond to any of my inquiries or complaints. This lack of communication has been frustrating and unprofessional. It's concerning when a property agent does not prioritize client communication, as it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.
