I SIGNED A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR A YEAR WITH PROPERTY SHOP LAST YEAR TO COMMENCE NOVEMBER 2014. THE CONDITION OF THE FLAT WAS NOT 100% AND THEY PROMISED TO HAVE IT FIXED BEFORE I MOVED IN.. WELL THAT DIDNT HAPPEN, FROM WINDOWS WHICH DONT CLOSE PROPERLY TO DOORS WHICH DO NO FUNCTION TO TAPS THAT DONT FUNCTION etc, id fall hungry from listing the bad.

after my first month just after i payed rent i realised there is no electricity bill sent to me so i sent them an email to enquire when i will receive it, this email by the way i sent on the 1st December 2014, till this day i did not get a response and yes i have phoned and been told they wil get get back to me.

It is 31st July 2015, 7 months later after my enquiry and Property Shop have decided to send me an email that they are taking legal action against me for not paying my electricity bill of apparently R6897.32.. i mean hello, this is 7 grand.. and they threaten to take legal action.

perhaps i dont know what im missing here but this is a definite reputation sabotage.
I am not to subdue to being preyed on as such, i will not be victim to incompetence.

By the way Property shop, my door still isnt fixed and so are my kitchen pipes.
