Absolutely ******* service and ****s My mother was **** to and coerced into taking insurance under the impress that there will be no additional costs When we phoned in to cancel, the lady helping gave us attitude and decided to mute the call. *******!!!
Totally useless service We put in a claim for a vehicle that got into an accident and for a week there have been giving me the run around about assessment. I was told the assessment was done and then 2 days later told it will need to be done digitally… bare in mind we are sitting with zero progress on when the car will actually be fixed or whatever decision is taken. The lack of urgency with momentum is honestly irritating
I do not recommend. My internet has been down for 5 days. I have phoned in and spoke to over 15 agents each telling me to do the same thing. I sit here unable to work and kids unable to do online schooling as we have no service. Also spoken to the team Leader Lukhanyo who has also been useless, he promises to call and doesn’t. He also hangs up on me. I asked for a cancellation and refund and being told I will still be charged for 2 months, for a service I’m not consuming. STAY AWAY FROM AXXESS PLEASE
I phoned in to find out about my moms premium who is a pension and the person on the other side of the line was very friendly to start of. Kyle Pienaar ensured I understand what the renewal of the policy meant and worked around to lessen the drastic increase of my moms premiums This gentleman was very polite, informed and helpful. Definitely communicated with integrity.
Definitely the worst of the worst. I have paid my account 3 years in advance but they keep sending me texts that I’m owing them just because I upgraded and they evidently don’t have a move funds system in place. Definitely fed up with this company and ready to cut off any dealing with them
If I could give a minus I would. What incompetence and dreadful service Miway gives I put in a 3rd party claim where MiWay client is not claiming for their part For over a month now the Miway liability department is either giving me the run around, when I phone I’m told my claim is only being handled by 1 person therefore no one else can help. Whenever I call this Sam Gumbi who’s supposed to be handling my claim, I never find her Need I mention that I get zero communication or update from them on the progress of my claim. Even when I send a follow up mail, I get zero access. This Sam Gumbi takes 8 days to respond to my email and responds with a 1 liner, not even answering any questions I place. I’m irate with Miway and would not recommend to anyone.
Absurd service.internet has been off for 2 full days and they care not to resolved this with urgency or even update us. Their Twitter account is just as useless as logging a ticket. We work from home and school online.how in the hell do we do any of this with a useless service provider like one who doesn’t care about it’s clients.USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER! Flipping ridiculous!
This company will make you sit in the dark just fit trying to top up your electricity I really need to look into regulations because this can’t be it. It’s been 3 days now and I’m told there’s nothing that can do
for 7 days now i have been waiting for metrofibre to come and reactivate my line as i changed address. I have phoned and spoke to over 12 people in this 7 days, i have also signed a COA form giving all the required details. each person i speak to tells me they will escalate to maintenance for a technician to be dispatched. I am currently on hold calling again as nothing has happened. the caller im speaking to right now is telling me that the maintenance has not been advised. Very frustrating having to deal with the Metrofibre client service as they actually feed you lies and not action any of your requests. Such absurb ridiculous service!!!!wouldnt recommend to anyone.
so about 2months ack i phoned tracker to remove a device for a car i wasnt owning anymore and the agent confirmed the action and promised to send an email confirmation. 2months later i realize tracker is still debiting me for the \supposed cancelled\" device and i phone in to lay a complaint. like all the other agents, a nomthandazo picks up and asures me she has cancelled and sent a refund request to their finance and i should receive a cancellation email from her shortly.THAT DIDNT HAPPEN(no suprise there). 45 minutes later i phone in again and an Itikeng picks up and claims he cant send me the cancellation and that he will email nomthandazo to send it, well THAT HASNT HAPPENED.4hours later im phoning in and an Asanda picks who by the grace of every cell managed to send me the cancellation letter.Tracker has been double debiting me for 2 months and for eac time i phone them im given false promises of services rendered and nothing ever gets processed. Dear Tracker, may you refund me and have some disciplinary towards your agents who lied about processing my claims and so forth. should this not work, ill get my lawyers involved. Your call centre service is PATHETIC!!!"
