Blatant lack of professionalism and communication.

I enquired on a property listed for occupation in April 2021, 2 months prior to the listed occupation date. I ended up telling the agent, that I wanted the unit, would the owner be willing to do a six month lease with the option to renew on 2 months notice? To which I was told, "I'm sure they would go for that just let me ask the landlord".

A few days go past of me, calling the agent and contacting the company trying to get feedback, sadly, all to to no avail. I finally receive an e-mail today from the agent after calling once again, saying. The landlord has decided to go with the other applicant.

I am disappointed with level of professionalism and communication from this company and the agent. If I had been told a few days prior that the owner will only settle for a 12 month lease or that there indeed was another applicant, I would have been more than happy to adjust my offer.

I would hands down not recommend dealing with this company as you will be bitterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism an courtesy towards the client.
