Wesbank insurance call me asking for proof of insurance or else they are adding on an additional insurance policy to my debit order. I send them proof of insurance, no one contacts me, their number 0860110729 just rings (They probably owe me like R300 in airtime as well) No, instead these clowns start debiting me each month. I want my money back and this rubbish policy cancelled, or I am taking legal action.
The most unprofessional gym. Disclaimer: None of the current employees or manager there currently worked at the gym when I had my issue, but that is the problem. These guys illegally activated my contract, besides telling me they still needed forms/documents from me. Then lo and behold Covid happens 2020, and suddenly my account is active. But guess what, the guys who activated it no longer work there and since cancelling Vitality, my R2400 annual gym account, turned into a R12000 account, because Planet ****ness decided to keep debiting my acc with a holding fee. (Apparently they get told when you cancel vitality but not reactivate it, which I did.) Even after numerous calls to people who.... You guessed it, no longer work there. Seriously save yourself the pain, go to Virgin Active, buy weights take your dog for a walk even. All better alternatives.
Where to begin. We used Cape removals to move us from CT to JHB. The only day they were able to give us was right before we had to be out of our apartment. We paid them for a move up and for the shuttle service(as we were moving to and from an apartment), as well as special wrapping on a few items, etc computer monitors, an aquarium and a matress. Surprise surprise they show up with a 3rd party moving company (key moves I believe) in a 16 wheeler massive two compartment truck, and low and behold. They cant come into the complex as the truck cant turn around. I ask them, where is the shuttle (4pm) and they tell me "No they cant get one here today and will have to come back another day" Unless I give them R1500 above what I've paid for them to carry the furniture to the truck as its over 45m away. Reluctantly I pay as I have no other choice. They then proceed to move the items and leave the apartment like their mothers house. Our items go into storage and on arriving in JHB we organise the same moving company that brought all our items down to CT (in perfect condition including the tank) to fetch them from the warehouse. Well when they arrive with the items the Ops manager tells me that when they inspected the items many were damaged. Literally not one single box did not look like it had been yeeted into the truck for 20+ hours up tp jhb, not one item has not been damaged, scatches on all wooden items from being poorly packed, monitor cracked, aquarium cracked, matress looking like its been for a mud bath without permission. Anyway I call Sue and tell her this, (send her the pictures I was sent) and she tells me, "I will refer to upper management" in other words "F@ck you, we aint going to do a thing" You could argue that insurance would have solved all this, but one could argue back that who expects that due to total negligence almost every single thing you have worked damn hard to buy for your family would be damaged :(. Super upsetting. Well the offered to pay for the matress to get washed. You know the same one that had protective wrapping like the cracked aquarium and broken monitor. Anyway after realising that I wont see any help or a cent from this disorganised, untrust worthy, responsibility dodging a$$h$les. I have decided to put a case together with a lawyer. As I have given them more than enough time and evidence of the complete negligence that all my hard earned items were treated with. I dont even get a call to say "Sorry". Trust me, save your money and go with some none 3rd party using VAS unless you are cool with just having all your items stood on, ****erally shoe prints under the table, HOW!?)and arriving chipped, broken or bent.
I enquired on a property listed for occupation in April 2021, 2 months prior to the listed occupation date. I ended up telling the agent, that I wanted the unit, would the owner be willing to do a six month lease with the option to renew on 2 months notice? To which I was told, "I'm sure they would go for that just let me ask the landlord". A few days go past of me, calling the agent and contacting the company trying to get feedback, sadly, all to to no avail. I finally receive an e-mail today from the agent after calling once again, saying. The landlord has decided to go with the other applicant. I am disappointed with level of professionalism and communication from this company and the agent. If I had been told a few days prior that the owner will only settle for a 12 month lease or that there indeed was another applicant, I would have been more than happy to adjust my offer. I would hands down not recommend dealing with this company as you will be bitterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism an courtesy towards the client.
When my contracted ended I was offered a new contract by Vodacom. I accepted this contract on the specific number. The incorrect contract was then loaded on the incorrect number. I have called in, raised numerous requests, the call apparently had been "Escalated". I have received no call back, no response and am still being debit for this service, even though the number is not active. They then swapped the account to the correct number and I am now being charged for 2 accounts. Does this classify as robbery or just gross incompetence?
Tried purchasing 2 large items online. Every secure recommended payment channel failed. Cart updated incorrectly, removed items, adds items, doubles items, items then vanish from my cart. Randomly get logged out, then wont let me log back in. I get emails prompting me to complete me order then I am not given the complete payments option. I get some vague error message telling me "technical difficulties". Now it says all the items I want to order are out of stock, even though I cancelled my orders. So clearly its not even updating their database correctly. How is live platform acceptable? and can I please just order my items. Why do I have to beg to spend my money?
Bought a mygica ATV495x. Truly terrible device. Extremely slow and unresponsive OS when using most apps except Netflix. For example Youtube. Default signal from remote literally interferes with any other device as well, which for me includes my TV, that it will constantly turn off. Not sure if I just got a terrible one off the production line or if they are all like this. But i would like to think QC would be better. Over all very displeased especially considering price bracket competes with amazons Firestick
I bought a 55" STY55 curved Blaupunkt tv. Comes with android for tv as an OS. Absolute garbage, cant download netflix and when you do never works, youtube doesnt work properly, on screen keyboard cant switch to upper case or numbers. Just a complete and absolute rubbish product. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone! No customer service, zero OS updates. Complete and utter junk.
Incorrectly debited on the wrong dates. Then incorrectly billed and account has been suspended. Called to get account re-instated, lady argued with me telling me I'm wrong. Upon reviewing my statements from the entirety of my contract, I am not wrong and have been incorrectly charged for one month and suspended for 9 days even though payment has been made. Call center agents just give me the run around and tell me to speak to a million different departments.
