Anzel Labuschagne and her manager Lindi Heyman are the worst estate agents you can deal with. Not only are they not willing to refund my deposit, but they used my lease without my knowledge to house somebody else, then when their tenant disappeared without paying rent, they charged me for the rental of that month. The worst part is when I went to their Burgundy office after being requested to do so by Anzel , she pressed the alarm and locked me outside, prohibiting me from entering as if I was there to harm her. She set up a trap for me and this is all because I am black. She would not have done this to a Caucasian person. Then to top it all off, they used a lawyers logo and inserted it on a letter of demand that they wrote themselves to try and intimidate and threaten me into paying a bill that wasn’t mine. They are the worst agency I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire existence. They are ****** and their actions don’t even hide it. Stay away from property world!!!

My Dad purchased at Oasis through Property World promised there would be no problem selling if he needed to, he has now become extremely frail and moved out about 8 months ago, the property was put back on the market in December still not sold, no feedback AT ALL from the agents and very little from the Estate even after following up, you can't rent the property out either which leaves my Dad with no income or funds from the purchase of the property.

I have received the most disgusting service. I moved from JHB to CT and received false information regarding the flat. I arrived to a place with poor security and a flat on the main road after being promised the opposite. I tried to get a friend of mine to view and the agent kept putting it off saying I needed to wait until key hand over and to pay everything first. I asked her many times to show me pictures and videos which she did not do. Just to top it off I don’t even have my own code or access into the estate. It’s been a week. I have been scammed by property world and getting a lawyer involved.

I enquired on a property listed for occupation in April 2021, 2 months prior to the listed occupation date. I ended up telling the agent, that I wanted the unit, would the owner be willing to do a six month lease with the option to renew on 2 months notice? To which I was told, "I'm sure they would go for that just let me ask the landlord". A few days go past of me, calling the agent and contacting the company trying to get feedback, sadly, all to to no avail. I finally receive an e-mail today from the agent after calling once again, saying. The landlord has decided to go with the other applicant. I am disappointed with level of professionalism and communication from this company and the agent. If I had been told a few days prior that the owner will only settle for a 12 month lease or that there indeed was another applicant, I would have been more than happy to adjust my offer. I would hands down not recommend dealing with this company as you will be bitterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism an courtesy towards the client.
