Do not sign up with home connect!!
Never in my whole existence have I come across such an awful experience! Every month it’s a different story. Now this month without warning my debit order has been tripled! Every month I have to ask them what is going on now - then when I complain they are so RUDE!! Thank God it’s been cancelled!!!

Shocking service at de zicht estate
Supposed to move in 1 Feb. It’s the 2nd of Feb and still haven’t been registered and cannot move in. Called the number 0215410030 at de zicht estate and was told they on lunch they cannot help me and will get to my email when they done and will be able to move my furniture in 48 hours! My delivery truck has to get delayed once again. Cannot get hold of management. Disgusting service at de zicht !

Scammed by property world
I have received the most disgusting service. I moved from JHB to CT and received false information regarding the flat. I arrived to a place with poor security and a flat on the main road after being promised the opposite. I tried to get a friend of mine to view and the agent kept putting it off saying I needed to wait until key hand over and to pay everything first. I asked her many times to show me pictures and videos which she did not do. Just to top it off I don’t even have my own code or access into the estate. It’s been a week. I have been scammed by property world and getting a lawyer involved.

Customer service is awful
Ordered a Trojan exercise bike in August. Bike is defective and been back and forth with everyone in customer service promising me that someone will come and fix it. It’s Now December and nothing has happened but empty promises.

Absolutely disgusted with how rude the receptionist was at Sephaku Cement 012 684 6300. Blows my mind that they put people like her at the front of the company.
