Poor communication and lack of accountability

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from this agency. Communication has been consistently poor. Queries go unanswered, follow-ups are required repeatedly, and matters that should be straightforward become unnecessarily drawn out. Despite escalating concerns, there has been little to no resolution. What is particularly frustrating is that commission is deducted without fail, yet the level of service provided does not reflect the professional standards one would expect in return. As a landlord, I rely on my managing agent to communicate clearly, act proactively, and handle matters efficiently. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
