I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from this agency. Communication has been consistently poor. Queries go unanswered, follow-ups are required repeatedly, and matters that should be straightforward become unnecessarily drawn out. Despite escalating concerns, there has been little to no resolution. What is particularly frustrating is that commission is deducted without fail, yet the level of service provided does not reflect the professional standards one would expect in return. As a landlord, I rely on my managing agent to communicate clearly, act proactively, and handle matters efficiently. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I hope this review encourages improved communication and accountability going forward.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bergen's Appliance Repairs and Spares, the Southgate branch. Despite noticing several red flags, we chose to support a local business and sought their help only to diagnose our washing machine's spinning functionality, as washing and rinsing were not issues. I regret not researching or reading reviews before using their services because now we are left with a non-functional machine, and Bergen's refuses to take any responsibility. The service provided was very poor. They quoted us an outrageous amount for repairs, and when we couldn't accept the quote and requested to have our machine returned, they returned it in a completely broken state. When they picked it up, the washing machine was operational. I am very disappointed because I expected them to at least return the machine in the same condition they found it—that's only fair. Instead, they dismissed my concerns, suggesting my expectations were unrealistic. This experience has shown me that they cannot be trusted, and this is no way to run a business. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

I receive at least two spam calls a day from King Price Insurance even after I politely told them I’m not interested in insurance or being quoted. Blocking their calls doesn’t help because I still get a texts. I wish I could get permanently deleted from their database because it is really annoying to be call every single day!

What does one have to do to get FNB Life to cancel a policy? E-mails get no response but you are very quick to debit my account... pathetic.
What does one have to do to get a policy cancelled? I have been sending e-mails asking 1Life to stop all debit orders but got no response, yet they are very quick to take money from your bank account. Honestly the worst!
