Dont buy from home owners trying to sell through PropertyFoX!

Property fox facilitated the sale of a property from a certain seller to myself and there was obviously no due diligence whatsoever in terms of what the seller was contractually obliged to do (electrical certificate in this case).

As a seller you can obviously go with these type of companies as in a good market you pay little commission and can basically hand over whatever type of fly by night certificates you feel like at whatever cost. but Buyers beware!! Cost me 20k in getting the right certificates after the fact.
