BEWARE!!!!! Complete *****sters

PROPHUNT PROPERTIES:

LOURENS ERASMUS is the most *********** estate agent I have ever come across. I have left my Numerous messages and emails all well as unanswered calls. He keeps shifting the goal post.

The company is a complete ***** and i who is the landlord along with the tenant of my property are in the process of suing the company for breach of contract. The tenant paid one month rental and one month deposit into their account including deposit for lights, deposit for refuse and deposit for keys all totalling R50 000 . R20 000 was to be retained by the company prophunt property as commission but instead they have retained the entire 50 k, leaving me with no deposit as the landlord while the tenant occupies my property. Lourens clearly stated prior to the contract being signed that commission would only be 20k and the Balance would be deposited into my account prior to the tenant moving in, the contract also Clearly states this.Lourens has since blocked my number and the Business has refused to take my calls which is extremely unprofessional and leaves me with no other option moving forward. Do not deal with this company, they are a bunch of *****sters and while it will cost me for civil litigation I will not leave this, even if it costs me more than what's owed to me! I am not the only person who has an issue with this Company , there are a host of others !
