Terrible Service – Do Not Recommend!

I made a booking with PropHunt Agency and drove 150 km to view a property, only to be told that the current tenant could not be contacted. No apology or explanation from the agent, Donna McNamara. I then reached out to the Principal Agent/Owner of the company, and as other reviewers have mentioned, I received the same dismissive attitude—no care, no apology, just complete disregard for my time and effort.

As others have pointed out, this is a highly competitive market, and only agencies that truly care about their clients should succeed. Unfortunately, PropHunt Agency falls short of that standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.
