Poor service

A company that believes in building partnerships with their clients and claims "they are not another service providering company" differently has proven this statement wrong. As the current service provider we have endless issues from the control department, technical support and dispatch to the vehicles responding to the alerts. There is no service delivery, nor customer service that's providing to the existing customers. Yet we pay for the services that are rendered by this provider with no joy. Hoping to get a better service with another company. My biggest mistake was changing over with fasle hopes.
