The worst experience in my entire life in the bank .I 'am not banking with Nedbank but my husband is banking with Nedbank and the experience we had yesterday from a whole Branch manager and staff member in the branch was the worst service ever ,my husband was there to collect he's card because he received an SMS I was around in the mall so, he called when I arrived at the branch he told me he's been sitting there for like an hour and its like there 's only one person on counter the service was terrible ,the aircon is not working aswell .I approached the lady while she was coming from the back to ask who is going to assist us and how long must we wait she told me to sit down and wait for the person that will assist us with attitude .I than sat down but i went back again to the lady she now told me but i just told you to sit down giving me funny looks while speaking to me as if she is talking to her friend i requested the manager she repeated again just sit down i than lost it i eventually saw the momager and complained about this lady and Infront of the manager she told me she does not care if I decide to go complain what's so, shocking is the manager continued as if there's nothing wrong while he's staff is talking to me as if am a ******* bin Infront of my husband and the other clients waiting to be assisted in the queue. What shook me more is that the Branch Manager was not even interested while i was unhappy with the staff member that was busy telling me she does not care i can go and complain about her .My husband asked the manager if he can send me to collect the card he said no, he needs to scan him and do all verification so, I cant collect on he's behalf and what's funny is that the SMS stated that my husband can send someone to collect the card with confirmation .I than left the branch very upset after a few minutes my husband called me to tell me the card was handed over without verification on the system or even a pin not even an apology for making him wait for WHAT??? Nedbank staff needs to be send for training. Their need to remember without us she wont receive her SALARY because my husband pays her salary without us as the clients Nedbank wont exist .The service in Nedbank **** SERVICE and I 'am not the only one complaining about the service friends ,family members and my colleagues we share the same frustrations when it comes to this bank forgetting this is not a ****a shop but a professional .The lady with attitude is Maria Ramelo apparently
