Very bad service and time wasting

Can the owner/s please get hold of me and sort this out, it's been almost a year now. Your staff is absolutely rude when clients return something but very friendly when buying something

Come now Protector Build (beyers naude) You going to risk a bad review because of R300 for a kitchen mixer???

Suits me just fine, I am not going to tolerance such terrible client service
