Worst service in SA - Protector Build

Watch out for these people... They duck and dive you when you return goods refusing to refund your money or give you a credit I have an outstanding query older than a year now where they sold defective mixers and **** saying it's brand new from the supplier (one can clearly see it's defective the stuff aren't even welded on straight) When you talk to a manager they become extremely arrogant and rude... It's actually a good thing i was blocked, because if i had received one more insult, then I'll go there and sort it out the way SA citizens sort out problems ✊ I've never dealt with anyone this *****ed and inhumane before I have 4 witnesses and will be reporting them, opening a case of ***** and get hold of the consumer ombudsman
