On 2025/05/18 I app**** to register a business with Psira ref. App7322318 I tried all payment options the only one that worked was the portal with a credit card. I paid an amount of R8500. After several calls(no answer) email info@psira.co.za and info.customercare@psira.co.za. I went to Bloemfontein office twice. My payment doesn't reflect at Psira I have given them my card number statement and my sms from African bank. Psira still wants proof of payment from me. The problem is on there side my money is out of my account. Can't register my business because someone is not doing there job. Jacques du Toit 0716005352

I have app**** to register for PSIRA but have been "regional rejected" for 6 times, because of my finger prints and every time I have been retaking it and sending it back, until last year on the 9th of November 2022 PSIRA send me a message to say that my crc was approved, there after I went to PSIRA in Nelspruit and they helped me to print out my certificate. On the 6th of December 2022 I started working as a Response Officer because I had the right credentials to do the job, but on the 25th of August 2023 my employer wanted to update the company records and called me in to show me that it shows on the PSIRA website that I am not registered, so today on the 28th of August 2023 I visited your branch in JHB just to find out that someone had "mistakenly" approved my crc, and that I am still not registered. Resulting to this I'm not allowed to work at the company at the moment until this issue is resolved, and my employer can only wait for a week before he will have no choice to dismiss me and hire someone else. This is resulting to a loss of income and it is not fair that I have to suffer for someone else's mistake. Could you be so kind to please help me ASAP in this matter because it is urgent and my job depends on it.

If you don't have money to pay people at the entrance you won't get help and online slots everyday are fully booked it is bad
