Hi.on the 29th November 2024 I went to alex mall to make a deposit on my capitec account. I went to the ATM outside the branch.i had an incident of loosing my money into the ATM.i was depositing 1000 rand to my main account.the ATM reject 600 and return it back,which it had retain 400 on it.i did not know what to do as I want to deposited 1000 rand then ATM ask me for more time I press no.as I want all my retain 400 back.immidiatly the ATM stuck and go back to its menu.my 400 was gone.i look around I could not see a security nor assistant one of the customer next to went straight inside while standing straight to the ATM and call consultant to come and assist me.i was also knocking on window in order for consultant see that I need help.he came I explain to him as I was left with 600 on my hand that the ATM retain my 400 as I was in need to deposit 1000.cinsultent just print out ticket for inside the branch and said to me I must go inside.i went inside capitec staff is not help full at all I sit on couch till 18h00 then called for the problem.i explain what happen and he only ask for my id and conform if it's my account and I said that's my account.he only gave me reference no and said they will call me he said I must wait for capitec to call I did not receive the call the hole Saturday until I call them and no assistance I got.i have a reference it is not helping me.126729938. I reported this Metter to the branch as soon as incident happen.due the fear of my insuarance will bounce if my account have no money ,at around 18h18 I went down stairs on other floor and find other ATM which I first deposit 600 and when I see it is successfully I wait an deposit another 400 which is the money I want to be on my account as I am avoiding my premium to bounce. I explain to the consultant on phone that I did went futher and deposited money after incident happen.now the people at capitec they are saying my transaction was successful I ask them to check the time I report the dispute and the time I deposit another money they said they can't help me with anything.i feel like my money as is retain by ATM capitec ATM took my money and they don't want to account on the fault of their ATM. Please hello petter help me resolve this Metter I have all prove and evidence and I know the ATM I was standing and the unhelpful consultant who was ignoring me when I was asking for help.capitec ATM is not safe at all no one at capitec is acceptable for the error which ATM did.today I loose 400 unnecessary. Please help
My wife had decided to close arkermens account this months on the 1 July,she close it.and she went to the store she open the account to ask if she can get the settlement letter .ok they told her to come after 21 days she passionately wait today is the 26 July she did not receive the letter .she tried to call arkemens account department they drop phone and she went straight to the shop they where not helpful and argent to her ,my wife just want only settlement letter but she is send pillar to post.please hello Peter may you help my wife get her freedom as arkermens is traying to control her on what she doesn't want.
Legal wise is not here to help me.i contact legal wise to deal with my problem I am told to wait for 48hours to deal with serious problem were I was loosing my money and my car so I see no reason to have them they don't help.they call me after 3 weeks without solution when I already fight my own battle so they must be out of my life.i did have them for long no help I get from them so they must cancel this membership it is not helping it is troubling my life.
Yes they amazingly respond positively to my problem and I can not belive even now that things like this is happening to me.Mrs Ursula the manager follow up on my problem which I reported about my car mirror broken during Panelbeating at proline she responded positively and make sure that I get help and my problem being sorted I am now receiving a new mirror installed in my car this is grateful and I am happy.
After I had reported problem I encountered from proline wyneburg Mrs Ursula responded to my problem positively and make sure that my problem is resolved.now I can tell everyone that proline Panelbeaters wyneburg with Manager like Mrs Ursula has green light the problem I had face come to my mind that It will not been resolved but Mrs Ursula make sure that all what I reported to her about my car been resolved today on 22 September 2021 I received a call to come and get my car mirror to be fixed Sametime as part of problem I had reported.i would like to thank her for being there and make sure that all my issue are resolved now I am happy men and my car is now been sorted. My car DH28FGGP HAS BEEN MESSED UP BY THESE AUTOBODY IT HAD AN ACCIDENT ON JULY AND IT TOOK THE HOLE MONTHS TO FIX IT INPROPERLY I SAY WITHOUT FEAR PROLINE STAFF DAMAGE MY CAR .THE CAR HAVE MACHENICAL PROBLEM DURING ACCIDENT WHEN THEY DONE RIGHT MIRROR ADJUSTOR WAS BROKEN I COMPLAIN THEY ARROGANCE I RECEIVED MADE ME FEEL UNSAFE TO TAKE IT FOR FIX AGAIN NOW TODAY THE WHEEL BEARING ON MY BACK TYRE ON THE RIGHT WHICH THEY PUT IT IS SHAKING QND MAKING NOICE I DON'T KNOW WERE I CAN GET HELP I AM AFRAID OF THIS PEOPLE AT PROLINE THEY ARE VERY BAD THEY DON'T FIX OR REPAIR THEY DAMAGE OUR CARS .PROLINE NEED TO GET READ OF THEIR MACHENICS THEY ARE VERY BAD I NEVER BEEN HAPPY FROM THE START OF MY CAR SERVICE AT WYNBURG PROLINE TOO MUCH LIES.
I log a claim on 26 July 2021 of car accident miway send an incompetent assessor to assess my car on the 29 of July miway reject my claim and tell me to go take my car fix it myself I do that.i allow their service provider to continue do the job funny the autobody find a lot of unseen damage by their incompetent assessor I call miway back to explain why is my claim reject were the aotobody find a lot of unseen damage which related to accident.miway play a delay tactic which had cost me a lost of income for a months I keep on calling and sending emails until they reassess my car finding that it qualifies a months later when I already payed their service provider money gor the car to be fixed they approve my claim which that was suppose to be done on 26 July 2021.miway is having poor service to me as customer and now their service provider hold my money because of them I think miway must employ fully qualified assessor who does not know the job.i am writing this as an unhappy customer of miway.miway you have poor service.
If you don't have money to pay people at the entrance you won't get help and online slots everyday are fully booked it is bad
Hello Peter:it is very funny for sira board to publish on people that app which is not functioning I try to renew my sira since January til now all slots are full when I call them no answer I send email no respond something is not ok and I see leadership as a problem in that organisation's.
