I have been renting from this estate agent for over a year now Firstly one of their agents is so rude, slams the door in their tenants faces, when they have a problem and attack's their character personally (her name is Charmaine) Secondly the flatlet I'm renting from them (Estoril court, Porter Ave, Brakpan) is invested with bed bugs, I have never had or delt with bed bugs before I moved in here, I never even knew what they looked like until we moved in here, after I realized what it was I reported it to them swiftly, but they said it was not their problem to get rid of it, they said I have to get rid of the problem at my own cost, I was struggling for months to get rid of it, I still have emotional and physical scars after but they didn't care that I had to go through this mess because they couldn't look after their rental property. After my flat has been livable for a few months after the bed bugs my fellow tenants in the building reported that their flats are now also invested with bed bugs and it's is worse than before, at this moment I'm frantic because just the thought to go through the same thing all over, financially, fiscally and emotionally, I just can't, and Shepherd & Freel just doesn't want to take responsibility for this building and pay for pest control to clean the whole building properly, because if they don't clean the whole building this problem will never ever be over. Thirdly last month we had a weather storm and my whole flat was under water, I did send them videos of the actual damage the same day, some of my personal items was also damaged but they only said, it's a "act of God" they can't be held responsible so don't they have insurance for this kind of problem Then lastly this building is not very safe because there has been complaints of cracks on the second floor going through straight to the first floor, but they choose to ignore the problem
I have app**** to register for PSIRA but have been "regional rejected" for 6 times, because of my finger prints and every time I have been retaking it and sending it back, until last year on the 9th of November 2022 PSIRA send me a message to say that my crc was approved, there after I went to PSIRA in Nelspruit and they helped me to print out my certificate. On the 6th of December 2022 I started working as a Response Officer because I had the right credentials to do the job, but on the 25th of August 2023 my employer wanted to update the company records and called me in to show me that it shows on the PSIRA website that I am not registered, so today on the 28th of August 2023 I visited your branch in JHB just to find out that someone had "mistakenly" approved my crc, and that I am still not registered. Resulting to this I'm not allowed to work at the company at the moment until this issue is resolved, and my employer can only wait for a week before he will have no choice to dismiss me and hire someone else. This is resulting to a loss of income and it is not fair that I have to suffer for someone else's mistake. Could you be so kind to please help me ASAP in this matter because it is urgent and my job depends on it.

Worst service ever - do not get vodacom Fibre they are fast to install... Then every thing is going well for the first month... There after your problems start... No internet you can contact them to report... Every time you get a new ticket number and they tell you 48 hours... But nothing happens... After a week you start all over again and then they say you did not log any complaints and if you give them the ticket numbers they just somehow got missing... And still no internet... But you have to pay for something you don't have
I have been a client of them for many years now, never even skipped a payment, but I can't see what I am paying for, because we pay for internet but there are never internet, I was at telkom before and I thought they were bad... Well securicon is worse, I bet you they don't even read or care that they have a very bad name, their security is just as bad, somebody should do something seriously
I took my bike to him to fix and paid more than half of the cost upfront but it is almost 4 months and still he only gives me excuses when I try to phone him he doesn't pick up his phone mostly HELP ME PLEASE
Bought a 50" HD tv picture is scrambled so the store exchanged it with the same tv, but the second one is still doing the same...this is unacceptable
I don't have a telkom line since 29 January 2018, still had to pay for February, but didn't even have the use of their service, just received another bill for two months but I cancelled the line and what happened to my R700 deposit, seriously I can't pay for something that I don't even have! HELP me please.
On the 19th of January 2018 I phoned telkom to move my line from 36 Inbani circle, Malelane to 38 Air street, Malelane, I didn't get a reverence number but on the 29th of January 2018 I did phone again to find out what is happening only to hear that there was nothing on the system about my call, so I did ask them again to move the line, they gave me a REV number this time: ********** 72, after a lot of calling I did receive a sms from them saying the line will be installed on the 9th of February 2018 but after I waited for them to come and install by line and NOBODY came I had to phone again, only to hear that there was a problem with the cable, so after a few days I stopped at one of the technicians busy to fix the cable and he said the cable has already been fixed, so I did phone them again, only to hear that I must wait for them to phone me next week, and still no installation date just premises... today it's been 28 days since I have phoned the first time to move my line, how long can it take, they told me the first time 14 days, but this is almost a month, it seems like telkom must first go and plant a tree and wait for it to grow, in order to plant a pole to install my line??? I am a paying customer, not one month my bill payment was late, but now this is the service I get? My landline number is ********** 257. My contact number is: ********** 936
We wanted to sit and have a relaxing Sunday dessert outside but the music was so loud we couldn't even hear each other, the pepermintcrisp tart that was on the menu they didn't even have, the ****tails we ordered was so sticky and uncomfortable because our hands were sticky and red after drinking it , the staff was not much helpful and even when we hinted that we wanted to see the manager there was no sign off any manager to ask what the problem was...the malva pudding on the other hand was not even worth the money spent...this is unacceptable!!! Never to say the least this is not the first bad experience with red falcon spur Malelane the previous time we were there I found a human hair in my food and showed it to te staff...complained...even wrote a bad review and until today no apologies or nothing....I should report them to the health department...this is ridiculous!!!!
