It's been 5 weeks and counting and haven't received my 2pot payout as yet which is concerning. Colleagues who applie a week prior received their payment within 2 weeks but I'm left hanging. I did a follow-up on the status and I was told there is a backlog on the pay outs which contradicts the promise of a 4 week waiting period as promised at the end of the application. l'm not the only one being let down by the PSSPF'S promise to pay out within 4 weeks. Then there is the news articles about Zazi Zulu, Bonginkosi Qwabe, Sipho Miya and Cobus Bodenstein which has raised some concerns on my side. Will we even receive our money. I will post the news articles and court hearing here for all members to see https://www.dailymaverick.co.za/article/2023-05-14-millions-looted-while-private-security-sector-provident-fund-was-run-like-a-****a-shop/ https://www.saflii.org/za/cases/ZAFST/2023/56.html https://www.news24.com/fin24/companies/watchdog-orders-massive-fines-removal-of-trustees-from-security-guards-retirement-fund-20220808 https://www.news24.com/fin24/economy/security-guard-pension-board-paid-themselves-for-493-meetings-in-a-year-20230513 https://www.iol.co.za/personal-finance/my-money/trustees-of-security-sector-provident-fund-abused-their-powers-fsca-finds-476239e7-80a9-4488-bcf8-76b03af0fb82
