I took out a funeral cover in May 2025. I app**** for debit order payments to avoid the fuss of having to go onto their self service page to pay or going to their office to make a payment. When the debit order date arrived in May, the debit order didn't go through. I made a payment through their self service portal to ensure my policy is up to date. Guess what. the debit order only went off at 23:39 on the agreed date. I sent them an email WITH SCREEN SHOTS OF THEIR SELF SERVICE PORTAL SHOWING THE PAYMENTS which they can easily trace on their system as well. They requested me to send them bank statements. My statements, how much money i have, how i use my money and on what i use it has NOTHING to do with AVBOB. To make matters worse, today is the debit order date and guess what/ Still no debit order even though i am technically ahead of my payments with AVBOB refusing a refund unless i make my bank statements available to them. which will not happened. Lets hope when it comes to the claiming process, i wont have the same issue but once it comes to that, i will update my review on them. Because at this stage, they are withholding my money which i paid on the self service portal AND there is a debit order scheduled to go done this month again.
PSSPF Not paying members as promised It's been 5 weeks and counting and haven't received my 2pot payout as yet which is concerning. Colleagues who applie a week prior received their payment within 2 weeks but I'm left hanging. I did a follow-up on the status and I was told there is a backlog on the pay outs which contradicts the promise of a 4 week waiting period as promised at the end of the application. l'm not the only one being let down by the PSSPF'S promise to pay out within 4 weeks. Then there is the news articles about Zazi Zulu, Bonginkosi Qwabe, Sipho Miya and Cobus Bodenstein which has raised some concerns on my side. Will we even receive our money. I will post the news articles and court hearing here for all members to see https://www.dailymaverick.co.za/article/2023-05-14-millions-looted-while-private-security-sector-provident-fund-was-run-like-a-****a-shop/ https://www.saflii.org/za/cases/ZAFST/2023/56.html https://www.news24.com/fin24/companies/watchdog-orders-massive-fines-removal-of-trustees-from-security-guards-retirement-fund-**********8 https://www.news24.com/fin24/economy/security-guard-pension-board-paid-themselves-for-493-meetings-in-a-year-**********3 https://www.iol.co.za/personal-finance/my-money/trustees-of-security-sector-provident-fund-abused-their-powers-fsca-finds-476239e7-80a9-4488-bcf8-76b03af0fb82

I purchased The Flagship device - Hisense Infinity H60 5G phone in 2023. Great device BUT Hisense simply doesn't send updates to the device. They design, produce and sell their devices just to make money but when it comes to keeping the software up to date and sending updates and newer Android versions, they simply sit back because they've already made their money by selling non maintained products to the public knowing full well they are taking their customers for a ride. The device is stuck on Android 11 in 2024. That is shocking. Hisense, you seriously need to get your act together. Updates are crucial for software used on YOUR devices. Once the Android version becomes out dated, some programs WONT WORK. But i guess that's your master plan so that you can force your clients to upgrade to your latest products. Knowing full well you will continue to take your clients for a ride. Pathetic.
I've been with purple mobile for a total of 8 months. Due to some reasons (non bad service issues from Purple. Be sure their services was great) I had to cancel my contract with them. I did so after my February debit order of R664.00 went off. After sending my cancellation they completely stopped my minutes and data even though I've paid this month and given a month notice. In the past 8 months I've paid them a total of R5,313.00. Now they want me to pay another R1300.00 to keep the device but they stopped the services which I paid for this month. So they kan keep the R665. I am detecting it from the R1,300 that they say I owe them to keep the device seeing that the services I PAID FOR in February was cancelled and money still taken.

I purchased a Hisense E60 for my wife and a Hisense Infinity H60 5G for myself. Take note, we both are Samsung fans and had little hopes for the Hisense brand. Oh boy were we wrong. We love our new phones. The Infinity H60 5G is a great device and is a flagship device released by Hisense. I love Oled curved screen and beautiful images taken by its camera. Unfortunately screen protectors and covers are hard to get for the phone but there is a solution. Blue Bold N2 has the same design as the H60 and the screen protector and case firs perfectly however you can only get the Blu bold N2 accessories on Ali express. My wife's phone the E60 is a beautiful device as well. It has a large LCD screen and is just as fast. Unfortunately it tends to freeze up every now and then but not that often. It also takes beautiful images. You can get a cover and screen protector for the E60 at every Pakistani cellphone shop. Both phones het regular Google updates which is great. Keep it up Hisense. You earned yourself another happy customer
Purple Mobile cares about their customers as well as their product. They are extremely helpful and always will to assist and even going the extra mile to ensure your needs are attended to. I've had no issues with Purple mobile at any point since I've started my contract with them. What your order is what you get. No hidden. Fees. I highly recommend Purple mobile to anyone looking for a great contract and device. They have three packages to choose from with great cell phones to go with your choice of package
I sent them a what's app and within 5 minutes I received a what's app back asking about the product I needed and well as the package I needed. Finalizing the deal took no less than an hour. Fast forward 4 days later and I have my new phone. Their services are exceptional. They know how to treat their customers. Keep up the good work guys. You've earned yourself another happy customer. I woud definitely recommend purple mobile
So i have been using the Blackview A100 since march 2022. And i have one word. WOW. wat a beast of a device. I must admit when i first decided to upgrade & went phone shopping i was very unsure of the device because i have never heard of the device. After going through a couple of reviews i decided to purchase the device. Now it is important to note that i am a HUGE Samsung fan. That being said i am surprised as to how well the Blackview A100 preforms. Keeping that in mind i strongly believe the A100 will give Samsung flagship devices a run for its money. My Samsung A21 which i had prior to purchasing the A100 was a giving ALOT of problems, It was unable to play huge games in its max frame rate. The battery simply would not last the whole day. The device did not have enough ram or rom & it constantly froze up on me. The A100 did not have any of those problems. The battery charges from 0 - 100 % in an hours time & it lasts me the the whole day which makes sense because it is equipped with a 4680 mAh Battery with Fast Charging. The chip set is a Helio P70 which is one of the best chip sets on the market. The device has 6GB RAM & 128 GB ROM. The Helio P70 chipset does not disappoint even when playing the most graphic demanding games. This device is an an absolute beast. Now as with any other device there will always be disappointments. In the A100'S case the camera is a HUGE disappointment. ( The only downside in my personal opinion) For some reason Blackview decided to release the device with a 12MP AI Sony camera. Dont get me wrong the pictures are not bad but its nothing compared to the great Samsung quality which i have come to love. Why Blackview decided to do this is unknown to me but i believe it was to make the device more cost officiant. But looking past the one downside i am absolutely loving the device. The A100 is one of Blackview's flagship devices and its great, Now if you've heard there are no updates enrolled through Blackview etc. This is absolute nonsense. people that say that has no idea what they are talking about. I have received two updates since i've had the device. Keep up the good work Blackview.
