Struggling since December to just get an update regarding my brothers provident fund. Keep on mailing with no feedback till date.
I bought electricity 3 days ago, no token received. I call each day for the past 3 days with no success. Today they told me i had to wait 5 days. They took my money... no electricity token and no money back. Poor poor poor!!
My sister was diagnosed with cancer and Platinum life helped us as family through the whole process and claim, dedicated they are indeed!
