I bought a motor vehicle with an understanding that the vehicle was "Accident Free". On the 3rd day of driving the car - I noticed the air conditioner was not getting cold. I took the vehicle to Suzuki to check. Turns out the vehicle had been in a head on collision with much bigger problems. The case has been with the Ombudsman since October 2022. The matter has been referred to the Public Protector. I cannot wait any longer!!!! Who can assist me to get this matter sorted. All I am told is there is a backlog.
