I recently used PUDO via The Courier Guy for the first time, selecting the “Kiosk to Locker” option at a Courier Guy outlet to ensure everything was handled correctly.
Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional. When the locker was reportedly offline, the parcel was not placed in the designated locker and no one contacted me or the recipient. Instead, the parcel was just left at a different branch of the business where the lockers is located, in another part of town, with no communication on where it was or who had signed for it or that it was even delivered somewhere.
For over a week, I was sent back and forth between branches and hubs, with unanswered calls and no accountability. After 10 days, I eventually located the parcel myself at a the outlet where it was left - partially opened - where it had been signed for by an unknown individual.
There was no proactive communication, no proper tracking clarity, and no meaningful customer service support.
As a business that regularly uses The Courier Guy, this experience has severely impacted my trust. I will never recommend PUDO Lockers to anyone. I will be finding myself another courier service.
