I recently used PUDO via The Courier Guy for the first time, selecting the “Kiosk to Locker” option at a Courier Guy outlet to ensure everything was handled correctly. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional. When the locker was reportedly offline, the parcel was not placed in the designated locker and no one contacted me or the recipient. Instead, the parcel was just left at a different branch of the business where the lockers is located, in another part of town, with no communication on where it was or who had signed for it or that it was even delivered somewhere. For over a week, I was sent back and forth between branches and hubs, with unanswered calls and no accountability. After 10 days, I eventually located the parcel myself at a the outlet where it was left - partially opened - where it had been signed for by an unknown individual. There was no proactive communication, no proper tracking clarity, and no meaningful customer service support. As a business that regularly uses The Courier Guy, this experience has severely impacted my trust. I will never recommend PUDO Lockers to anyone. I will be finding myself another courier service.
I made a request for a callback for a special Telkom was running on internet lines and they gave me a call back that same day. Upon deciding on a package the said someone will give me a call to come install the hardware at my house. It has been 3 months and till this day no one has ever been at my house, I have received no service, no internet and no hardware - the best part - they have been Invoicing me for three months. I have been to a store where the staff told me they cannot help me, i will have to call Telkom myself, they cannot do anything. I have made calls to the service center, upon stating my case to 4 different people that kept transferring me to the next person, they told me the line will be cancelled and of my name - It is still on my name, still getting invoiced. I have sent about 4 emails, logged complaints and call back requests on their website, no one calls or emails back. Don't ever make the mistake of making a deal with Telkom! You will get NO service, and you will never get it off your name again!
BAD!!!!! Two times in a row i have attempted to buy food from Burger King Nelspruit, they have omitted to give me my whole order. They always leave out something that I have paid for. So someone there is really enjoying my food i guess......
