On 13 September 2024, I made an online purchase with Puma South Africa. Yesterday 16 September 2024 I received an email confirming that my order has been shipped. To my surprise when I check my order on the the order history, the status is pending, I then tried to track the order but couldn't get through. I further called DPD to check on my behalf, unfortunately I couldn't get assistance because I was told that the order number is incorrect. I sent email to Puma for further handling but Puma is not responsive.
