On 13 September 2024, I made an online purchase with Puma South Africa. Yesterday 16 September 2024 I received an email confirming that my order has been shipped. To my surprise when I check my order on the the order history, the status is pending, I then tried to track the order but couldn't get through. I further called DPD to check on my behalf, unfortunately I couldn't get assistance because I was told that the order number is incorrect. I sent email to Puma for further handling but Puma is not responsive. Contact number: 083 385 2641
I am so disappointed and hurt with the service I got from Pick n Pay Guagga. The cashier by the name of Peter Pitie (as written on the till slip) gave me a bad attitude today, 17 November 2023.
On the 24th of November 2022, I went to Jet Store Marble Hall to purchase a dress for my daughter. The transaction of R149. 99 was made via bank card, unfortunately the slip that shows the item bought couldn't print out. The reason from the cashier was that, the dress is on sale but the system was low to picked up the sale price, hence I paid R149. 99 but couldn't get the slip. The cashier said she will reverse the money to the bank account and I will get refund/notification before 6 days. She took my contact details to do follow up, to date I haven't received any courtesy call from them as promised. On 30 November 2022 @ 15h31. I emailed area manager Rammaka M, still there's no response from area manager. On 02 December 2022 @ 08h09 I called the store the lady who assisted me promised to call me back, but the promise was not kept. I called again at 17h35 the lady who answered the phone called the lady by the name of Tebogo and she said Inno is not in, they will call me on the 3rd, but still there's no courtesy from them. All I need from Jet Store is my money.

Good day. I have credit card with Capitec Bank, for this month of April my payment was R1 127. 97, which is debited every month on the 15th. On 06 April 2022 I received an SMS stating that I will be paying R2 237.91. I called Capitec Bank to enquire about the SMS that I received, Capitec Bank told me that my matter has been escalated to the relevant department, I should wait for 24 hour. I C called again after 24 hours but still they couldn't give me a feedback. On 12 April 2022 I received a call from Capitec Bank they told me that my account is on arrears, I asked the lady who called me to confirm what she's saying, she told me to hold for few minutes, then she told me that my account is up to date, it's not on arrears. She said the mistake is on their side, Capitec Bank will rectify the mistake and on the 15th of April I will be paying R1 127.97 not R2 237.91. On 16 April 2022 Capitec Bank debited R2 237.97, which is the amount that they said they won't debit. I am not happy with what Capitec Bank did. I am asking Hallopeter team to assist in this matter. All I need is for Capitec Bank to Debit what is due to them and pay back what is due to me. Thank you. K.M.P. Ratsoma

Good day. I was funded by NSFAS on 2014 for my tertiary education, after I graduated I struggled to get a job. MBD sent me an SMS informing me that I owe NFSAS, I then called them and told them that I am unemployed but I will make sure that when I get employed I will pay. I recently got a job I called them to make arrangements with MBD, they promised to send me an email of the amount that I agreed to pay on monthly bases which is R500, but to my surprise I never got any email, I called them again, they said the email will be send within 3 days, till today I never received any email from them. They deducted R500 on the 15th of November 2019, even on the 15th of December I know they will be the first to deduct, but they don't send me any statement balance to show that I have paid. When I call NSFAS to check whether the company (MBD) is registered as a debt collectors on their behalf, they just put me on the phone for an hour without any assistance. Kindly check with NSFAS that the amount of R500 that was deducted from my salary by MBD on their behalf was received. I need confirmation of payment in the form of statement from NSFAS to proof that the payment was received. Kind regards K. Ratsoma.
