Order not being delivered
I ordered a t shirt from puma online, i was promised it would be delivered in 2-4 days now its 5 days no contact nothing from puma when trying to call them they dont answer their phones and emails

Terrible client service
Terrible service,nobody answers the customer care number. Have sent 2 emails without any response. Wonder if you don't receive an order,how you'll get hold of them.

Incorrect Order Number/ Pending order Status
On 13 September 2024, I made an online purchase with Puma South Africa. Yesterday 16 September 2024 I received an email confirming that my order has been shipped. To my surprise when I check my order on the the order history, the status is pending, I then tried to track the order but couldn't get through. I further called DPD to check on my behalf, unfortunately I couldn't get assistance because I was told that the order number is incorrect. I sent email to Puma for further handling but Puma is not responsive. Contact number: 083 385 2641

Incorrect Order Number/ Pending order Status
On 13 September 2024, I made an online purchase with Puma South Africa. Yesterday 16 September 2024 I received an email confirming that my order has been shipped. Poor Refund Process
I bought a sneaker with Puma online and it was delivered on the 3rd of October and I requested a refund due to a small cut size issue. The return was done the following day on the 4th of October. Till today I have not seen my refund, when I made several follow ups with Puma online they promised to get back to me and did not. The last feedback I got this morning is that the courier company claims that they have lost the parcel and Puma will process a refund that will see me waiting for a possible 5 days on top of the 13 days I have waited without my refund. I am very disappointed in Puma on how they are handling my refund request. I have to suffer their processes and failures to deliver on their turn around time. I will appreciate if Puma Online can process my refund not later than today.

Cheap material
Bought these puma orkid floral trainers last year Dec And they are already torn on the upper part near the stitch The material used, you can tell that it ia cheap I don't wear these trainers a lot I don't use them for gym I don't walk long distances Why does puma sell cheap material with an expensive price

NO Parcel No Customer Service
WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!!!! Please save yourself time and money and NEVER order something with puma online. I orderd a Jersey on sunday 23 April 2023 The Courier guy called me on wednesday the 26th to deliver my parcel IN JHB!! My adress clearly states NORTHERN CAPE IN CAPITAL LETTERS!!!! I tried calling Puma's customer care the whole day without any luck, cause guess what, nobody answers the phone for the whole day. I send multiple emails aswell. On Friday I get a call from a courier, in POLOKWANE!!! Again my adress is northern cape. Its now sunday, my parcel status says its been deliverd without any parcel. I got ahold of an Call center Agent who said she would call me back on friday. So NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PARCEL AND NO MONEY WITH NO ANSWER. THANKS SO MUCH PUMA
