Terrible service! Delivery delay. Delivery date keeps changing. Was the 5th,then the 8th. Now it's the 17th.
Terrible service! Don't get a response from any platform. No one has answers.
Had a 3 day power outage,lost some food. Spoke to them about putting in a claim,they registered a claim without my approval. Now that I actually want to claim after noticing what we've lost I can't get hold of them via phone and nobody phones me back.
I returned Amplify earpods that wasn't working. Received feedback a month later. Takealot gave me a credit,I ordered new once. Delivered yesterday,only one charges and it looks like it was also returned as it was dirty when I received it.

Terrible service,nobody answers the customer care number. Have sent 2 emails without any response. Wonder if you don't receive an order,how you'll get hold of them.
I've sent several complaints to the technician that moved our router to a new house and also to Rain customer service. No response at all!! We have very poor service and most parts of the house no service at all. I've phoned,they just say they will escalate it.
I submitted my reimbur*****t for a private doctor's visit more than 30 days ago. They reply to emails up until a point and then nothing. Nobody replies. When you phone they put you on hold for very long periods
