Worst courier company ever,they pick up orders from shops and keep them,no delivery ,not answering calls and if they do they hang up on you ,you just have to wait for the day they decide to deliver.They have so many bad reviews and still wont change,shops such as Lacoste trust them with delivery yet they do not know of their pathetic service
I ordered an all star worth R2199.00 and was sent an order number which is untraceable,their phone number on the email is not being answered,they do not respond to emails after debiting .
I passed by Macdonald's on the freeway at the Beyers Naude offramp going to Soweto today 12/8/23.The lady cashier on the drive through window made tap my card until i ran out of funds and was told to wait for a reversal and until now i dont have any reversal The manager Ephraim told me that he doesn't trust me to give me my order coz no slip came out,like ***. Please when passing there do not make card transactions maybe that is how they make money coz now i have to take my bank statement to the shop for a refund.Imagine if you stay very far considering that freeways connect provinces.PEOPLE BEWARE OF Macdonald's BEYERS NAUDE FACING THE SOUTH
Pedros Dobsonville has staff that do not take orders correctly,very long waiting time and RUDE STAFF.
Delaying, not committed, non communication, they just don't care,order out for delivery the whole day. Ignorant, we need a replacement for this company
Went to Exact clothing Maponya mall with a till slip to do an exchange today at around 5pm and the lady at the till simply refused. She refused, point blank, i had to walk out
First of all they don't communicate, the contact details of area couriers on their website are fake. Parcel out for delivery for two days from Johannesburg to Johannesburg for two days, still no delivery. I regret ordering from Shein coz of their partnerships with bogus courier companies
No communication, phones don't go through. Fake delivery dates. It sounds like a ghost company, where you can't talk to anyone. Pathetic service ever, hopefully Shein will stop using them ASAP, SIES. YOU END UP THINKING MAYBE YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED. my package has not arrived since Friday 14/01/22.,that was the promised delivery date.
Telkom is extremely bad in after service, my boyfriend took a cellphone contract with them at Westgate shopping mall last year September, signed for a debit order transaction that never ran till today. He had to pay cash every month, after being told numerous times that the matter will be reviewed. Every month his phone is blocked and unblocked after he calls them. Going to Westgate we were told the billing department put a R688. 08 charges on his account, why they say it was not paid in May, but self service tteelkom voice recognises tthe May 2021 payment. Sick and tired of their stupid service now. The consultant who processed the debit order and the billing department must share the charges, pay and we part ways. They take their phone back and we are free.
