This is the worse company I ever used,we were out of network about 5 days and I had to rent a space due to that,now I’m receiving a bill of R15 They said my account is outstanding with that balance. I’m cancelling this,no ways
The service is horrible and I will never buy anything from Puma Been waiting for the contact Centre for almost an hour and still the service is not available
The service I received at Checkers Cape Town strand street is disgusting. No customer service ,staff talk to each other without servicing the customers. I bought fried egg,bacon and it’s like last year food. They are shouting and streaming to one another.advise the store manager and he was just having fun with them instead of correcting the behaviour.see me no more at your horrible store
I was doing my shopping at waterfront 03/04/2025 When I was done I decided to just go and buy something to eat at KFC When I was busy buying at the self service machine The prices on the display is not the same with the one on the kiosk I then called the girl by the name of Zenathi who was supper supper rude to explain to as into why. She was so cheeky to answer instead she was so rude and advised me that the is nothing she can do cause the price is the price She then call the manager who was so sweet While I’m busy chatting with the manager she intervene and busy telling us no price will change If that is how you treat your clients shame on you I decided not to share on my social platforms as I’m not that kind of person who like the attention I hope and wish you will educate your staff as to how to speak and treat the clients. I even waited for almost 30 min to get my order
The service of this transport is horrible,I reported the incident and I received the mail from the person by the name of Heleena Abel's,and her response was total a mess. The bus left me at Civic centre to Vredehoek and it was the last one. I arrived at the terminal and the bus arrived,the driver decided to open the doors after 5 min she arrived, first passenger entered the bus as we were following with another chap the door immediately closed. We asked the driver to open while he was busy with his cellphone and ignore and continued to his phone. I beg him to press a bell so that someone can open the doors, again he was so polite and advised me is leaving ,after we stood at the terminal more than 10 min waiting for the bus yo arrived as well to leave. This company is full of **** with no customer service and I beg to another passanges to stop using this poor service delivery The told me about the footage and when I requested it they advise me to go to the police station. I bought a Jolly’s French oolong at Shoprite yesterday in Golden Acre.The smell at the fridge was horrible and my mistake I didn’t think what I’m buying is part of the smell. When I arrived in my apartment and open the French ,the smell was horrible and worse than the one from the fridge at the shop,worse part is that when I return it back this morning the service I received from the manager was like ‘I’m kinda do you a favour’ the is the money that you spend. I’m not a Shoprite fan but I guess the reason why people don’t like that shop it’s because they are selling rotten products
The service of this company is pathetic,they change the delivery address and their customer service consultant are so rude.They will keep you online for more than 30 minutes and when the airtime is finish they don’t even bother to contact you after they let you wait for nothing.They keep telling the is nothing they can do cause it’s only operations can be able to assist
I regret the day I place an order from this Company,their call centre agents are rude and totally unprofessional and uneducated.I spoke with Sethu or Esethu from collection with regards to my account that is still standing on the same balance ever since I purchased,she was so rude and don’t have at all CX principles. Please if you think of buying at Homechoice don’t even start buying otherwise you will ended up being …..
I’ve abused several times by Homechoice agents ever since last year,I reported the case and one of the CSA advised me she will do the follow up Since then nothing happened,the only thing I’m getting is a horrible rude agents who are calling me and Harased me during my work time Even yesterday about 15:14 the agent was swearing me for answering my phone and advised her that I’m busy. I’m opening a case cause this **** I can’t deal with anymore They are abusing me and not even respecting my privacy
I’ve been receiving harassing calls from this company ever since I made a purchase with them Some of the other agents even swear at me when I told them to stop calling me because at some point they call me while I’m busy in the meeting. I’m sick and tired of this ****.
