Thank you Betway SA for resolving my query, my winnings were processed and received my money to my account.
Good Day, I am starting to feel like a BET Way victim now. I am logging my 3rd complain in a space of 3-4 months. Betway is always holding on tow our winnings and their customer service can't help you with anything. Betway you need to better your services or else allow us the victims of your consistence poor services to try other betting platforms. This time I don't need your excuses, please pay out my money!!
My Monday withdrawals have yet to be processed. I'm fed up with Betway SA; they constantly apologize but their service keeps getting worse. In May, R5500 was ****** from my account and all I got was a weak apology. It might be time to switch to Hollywood Bet because Betway SA clearly doesn't value us!
I would like to report the poor service from Betway. On Monday I place a bet and won, up until today my money is not reflecting on the app. The app is constantly multinational and it withdrawn money yeaterday and till today I have not seen my money reflecting on my account. All their customer service platforms are unavailable. I have R3400 sitting with Betways and I need to use my money for something else.
I bought a sneaker with Puma online and it was delivered on the 3rd of October and I requested a refund due to a small cut size issue. The return was done the following day on the 4th of October. Till today I have not seen my refund, when I made several follow ups with Puma online they promised to get back to me and did not. The last feedback I got this morning is that the courier company claims that they have lost the parcel and Puma will process a refund that will see me waiting for a possible 5 days on top of the 13 days I have waited without my refund. I am very disappointed in Puma on how they are handling my refund request. I have to suffer their processes and failures to deliver on their turn around time. I will appreciate if Puma Online can process my refund not later than today.
I would like to report terrible service and empty ****ming promises from MCS. I was dealing with the Lady by the name of Lillian who is full of lies and empty promises. In April 2022 to June 2022 I was paying R1500 instalments fro MCS to remove me from DEBT review and up until today nothing has been done and my name is still under debt review. When. I called Lilian in September 2023 she **** again promised to get back to me with feedback as they were apparently still looking into my account. All I need now from this ****mers is my R4500. I have taken a legal actions and hoping to expose them for being ****mers instead of helping people who needs to change their financial challenges. Please be careful not to fall in the same trap when you seeking for similar service of MSC.
I made an E-gift voucher purchase online through the Bash Markam online portal. I loaded a R1000 to purchase a R899 item. The voucher was deducted but the purchase was not successful on my end. I called their voucher department on Monday and I was advised my voucher will be credited back to my account within 24 hours. Till today I have not received feedback regarding my voucher.
I am very much disappointed with Nedbank. And I would make sure to expose them for this. On the 3rd of June 2022 I made a withdrawal at the FNB ATM in Horizon view and when the transaction was to complete the card came out and money could not come out due to Loadshedding. I waited with the security guard for the machine to reboot and after a while nothing came out. On of the FNB consultand advised me to go to the Nedbank branch and they will be able to assist with the reversal. I went to a Roodepoort branch on the 7th of June and they had promised that the money will be reversed within 7-10 working days. Today I decided to make a follow since the money has not reflected on my account and they told me that the call ticket was canceled because it the transaction went out successfully and they claimed the money came out. R4000 is a lot of money and I haven't paid my rent since waiting for the reversal. Please assist as I am loosing hope with Nedbank and planning to escalate with the Ombudsman to weigh into this matter.
Hello Peter, I am an employee of Virgin Active and would like to log a complain about my employer. It has been over 4 months now since we can't access our payslips due to an offline system. When I tried to reach out to the head office under HR the workers are there are very rude and and not supportive. I sent an email to the Lady by name Belinda Aploon and up till today I haven't got any response. I need my payslip to to finish my bank loan and my employer is letting me down on this. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
I invested R9 500 with Global Trade ATF on the 26 January 2021 and I decided to withdraw my money on the 27 of January 2021. I had to a week for the withdrawal stage to changed to completed. On the 26 of February I got a payment notification of R6 223 instead of the confirmed amount of R9 496. I tried to send emails to support and they not helping and ignoring my emails. I cannot believe a whole digital sponsor of the Argentine football team is scamming on people like this. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy.
